UEA and supporting evidence: preparing for Dutch tenders

Different roles for declarations and evidence

The UEA, the Dutch name for the European Single Procurement Document, is a self-declaration. The bidder still needs to substantiate requested information.

Use the required model

Use the authority’s model or official tool and its instructions. Check which parts apply and whether separate declarations are needed for consortium members or relied-upon entities. Do not automatically confirm facts or compliance.

Obtain evidence from its issuer

Justis issues the GVA. Other requested evidence may include tax statements, registry extracts, insurance or guarantees. Do not assume all evidence is required at bid submission: follow the procedure-specific requirements and timing.

Prepare truthful drafts

BIDWAY can identify requirements and help populate supported forms from confirmed data. A bidder’s reference list may be drafted from real projects; an official or third-party certificate must come from its issuer. BIDWAY does not create a substitute official UEA. See how it works.
